View your 2020 Verizon Advantage Plan details online soon
To access your plan information, visit verizon.com/benefitsconnection opens in a new window and enter your user ID and password.
You can view your plan information on your secure member website. Click “Log in/Register” at the top right of the home page, and register with your member ID once you receive your card.
You can also reference your plan details in the information packet mailed to your home.
Once you're enrolled, you'll receive:
- A letter stating that you’re a member in our plan
- Your Aetna member ID card (usually within 14 days)
- A complete description of your coverage (Evidence of Coverage)
- Your plan handbook
