The Verizon Advantage Plan designed just for Verizon retirees provides coverage to any doctor (in or out-of-network) at the same cost share. The provider must be eligible to receive Medicare payment and accept your plan.

If you need help submitting a claim for a provider that is out of network, we can help. If your doctor has questions about submitting a claim, just call us at 1-866-241-0356 (TTY: 711) Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, local time.
